We are looking forward to welcoming the academic and research community to the beautiful city of Dubrovnik from 11th to 12th April 2025 for the 13th International OFEL Conference "Tech-Driven Governance: How AI is Redefining Corporate Oversight" hosted by the University of Dubrovnik, Department of Economics and Business Economics.

Books of Proceedings will optionally publish both Papers in English and Croatian, according to Author's preferences (two separate Publications).

OFEL 2024 was our twelfth conference to date with high profile plenary sessions and over a hundred papers presented across 4 major tracks. The OFEL 2025 conference offers a unique opportunity for scholars and practitioners interested in the issues related to leadership, governance, management, education, and entrepreneurship to share their thinking and latest research findings.
