We are looking forward to welcoming the academic and research community to the beautiful city of Dubrovnik from 20^th to 21^st March 2026 for the 14^th International OFEL Conference on Governance, Management and Entrepreneurship – "Challenges of Corporate Governance in State-Owned Enterprises: Between Accountability, Efficiency, and Social Value" hosted by the University of Dubrovnik, Department of Economics and Business Economics.

The OFEL 2026 Conference provides a valuable platform for scholars and practitioners to exchange ideas and present their latest research on topics related to leadership, governance, management, education, and entrepreneurship.
